1. Financial Management - Provide bookkeeping, invoicing and tax remittance activities
2. Staff Management - Create staffing plans based on doctor availabilities, holidays and vacation plans.
3. Document Management - Filing medical documents in Accuro EMR
4. Schedule appointments booked online
5. E-mail Management - Respond to patient queries or appointment bookings and cancellations
