I need a top quality video editor who can take my raw footage and make it amazing

also need someone who is able to pick the best parts out and repurpose it for example

ill shoot a 5 min video, you can edit it down to 3min for youtube, but i also want some of the top 30 second clips to but cut for Facebook or ---------- or other social media platforms. so you will be key in picking the best parts and then cutting them into separate clips
