Sketchup 3D Design

Hello,
I am looking for an experienced 3D modeler that is proficient with Sketchup. This position has the opportunity to become long-term full-time employment. Salary will be based on experience and qualifications - with raises and bonuses with good performance.

The primary work will be building home exteriors and landscapes in sketchup. I will provide you with hand sketches or 2D CAD plans of the design and you will create the design in 3D using sketchup. I will share with you my process in sketchup and give you template files to start with.

Experience in landscape architecture a big plus! Any experience in architecture and design is good as you will be able to use your design skills and ideas on the projects if desired.

You must have a fast connection speed able to handle large files both uploading and downloading.


Job duties would include:
1. Creating 3D exterior and landscape model of 2D working drawings, reference photos, sketches
2. Amend existing sketch up models based on a mark up drawing
3. Refine existing model with furniture, vegetation, décor, using your design skills
3. Must be proficient in using Sketchup, able to create clean and tidy models with correct scale for me to work on further.
4. Must be able to communicate in English and be able to follow clear instructions
7. Experience with rendering is a plus.
