Our growing online retail business is looking for a positive, reliable and dependable person to join our team as a Customer Service & Marketing Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can review customer service issues by
• Stable Salary On Time & Job Stability (we had VA's who have worked with us for 2 years+).
I also need someone to set up chatbots for us and write our knowledge base so that customers will be appeased, as they can look for information both online DIY or via chats.
Responsibilities and Job Duties
* Create Marketing Collateral, including listing flyers, just sold postcards and digital artwork.
