Static HTML/Wordpress/PHP Site web developer

Our developer job is going to be basically develop lot fo Static HTML or Wordpress decent looking sites with 10-15 articles for our Adwords accounts. Actually these sites will just be used for compliance purposes and we roll lot of Adword accounts to give idea 35-45 Adword accounts monthly, and we use each site for 1 adword account so they just need to look decent at all, our target will be completing around 2 sites fully completed daily (in 8 hrs). Its going to be developer job to create site layout and put content in it (copied content from web and spinned, we will provide text spin software login)

- Javascript
- Mysql (Hardly going to need this)
- PHP (We need this for time to time scripts development)
- Wordpress Development (we use this for around 20% projects)
- HTML (Most sites will be few pages static HTML sites, nothing too fancy)
