Client Service Associate Team (Pioneer LOB: Social Media Campaign) – Ortigas

Teledirect Philippines is looking for enthusiastic, passionate and smart Client Service Associates (CSAs) that can provide personal and efficient solutions for our client’s customers' overall business experience.

Position Overview:

- Provide post-sales customer service and/or troubleshooting support through email/phone/chat to the client's B2B customers
- Support advertising customers and deliver consultative collaboration
- Perform data analysis to improve customer's advertising experience and ensure higher ROI
- Gather client and partner feedback to enhance ad products and overall customer experience

The Ideal Candidate:

- Completed at least two (2) years in college (with no back subjects)
- Minimum of one (1) year of BPO experience is required, preferably in an online advertising/B2B campaign
- Self-motivated with high energy and a positive attitude
- Strong English communication skills; written and spoken

Location and Duration:

The position will be based in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. We are interested in speaking with candidates who would like to take on a full-time long-term role with our company.
