Web Development & Marketing Customer Support/Tech Support/Sales/Project Manager

I want to hire a full time virtual assistant between the night shift hours 12am-8am Philippine time with the ability to provide tech support for Wordpress and other online software (cms management not development, maybe some html/css/theme editing), hosting tech support (cpanel usage), phone & email & chat based client management, recruitment, sales and project management in the web development industry and to do VA tasks when the phones are not ringing in one ---------- bound and outbound calling.


This would be the requirement for that position in order of importance. I know we would not be able to find all of this in one person but the more of these skills you have the higher we can pay you:

Phone based client handling experience for US clients, 3 years or more of that exact experience, in some capacity and preferable in the web development and marketing industry. Is confident, outgoing and collaborative with both clients, peers and higher ups and really enjoys helping people but can handle a difficult client and is not afraid to give bad news to clients or higher ups, Is not afraid to challenge authority but not to a fault.
Sales support, ie supporting the sales person, experience in the web development and marketing industry via proposal writing and other sales support tasks.
CMS management experience ie editing wordpress pages, installing/setting up plugins, creating Wordpress pages (this would be all in the CMS only, not web development)
Recruitment and test proctoring
Project Management experience in the web development and marketing industry
Phone sales experience in the web development and marketing industry.
Any Sales Copywriting Experience for Marketing Material and Proposals
Any writing experience ie blog writing (Samples would be nice)
Any Sales Copywriting Experience for Website Copy For SEO and Better Conversion Purposes


Not required but would allow the highest pay:
SEM/Adwords/Facebook Ads Experience
SEO Experience
