Customer Support & Administrative Assistant with a Passion for Nutrition and Health

Our company is an international distributor of health-oriented natural supplements. We're offering a full time employment opportunity to a new team member that has mastered the English language and has an interest in health and nutrition. This new team member will help us provide excellent, cheerful customer service, conduct research assignments, write blog articles and perform daily operational tasks.

Applications will be reviewed as they come in. If we feel you have a great chance of succeeding in the role you’ll be required to submit a sample test assignment and will be paid for 3hrs of your time. You will also be scheduled for a phone interview to assess your english speaking skills and learn more about you. These two items will help us with selecting the candidate.

==REQUIRED SKILLS==
STRONG ENGLISH VERBAL AND WRITTEN SKILLS - Since an important aspect of your position involves e-mailing with customers, you should be able to compose professional messages in an understandable, professional form. Please include the results of your English Proficiency Test.

GREAT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS- Our goal is to develop and maintain a positive relationship with all customers. If you don’t understand a customer’s question be honest with them and let them know you will find out the answer and get back to them soon. Honesty, politeness, and cheerfulness are three key values we seek.

COMPUTER SKILLS - We expect you to have proficiency with using G Suite - Gmail, Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms. Most of the work will be performed online (e.g. responding to customer emails, interacting with our e-commerce systems). Having a working knowledge of WordPress, MS Office Suite, HTML, Google AdWords, Google Analytics or ecommerce software, such as 3dcart, is a plus. Please let us know if you have experience with any other software or skills that would make you a strong candidate for this position.

AN INTEREST IN HEALTH & NUTRITION - We sell research-based natural supplements designed to improve our customer’s health and well-being. If you aren't familiar with a relevant topic (for example, depression and its pharmaceutical and natural treatments), then you must be willing and able to learn the basics. We are extremely knowledgeable in these areas and can answer any questions, both to help get you started and as specific issues arise. That said, a curiosity about healthy eating, living and understanding the nutritional benefits of different supplements and an open mind for learning is a great asset.
