Excel Document Creation

Hello,
Task: I need the attached PDF copied into two separate excel documents.
Excel Sheet 1: Should be labeled "Morning" and should COPY the grid on the LEFT side of page 2 of the PDF which is labeled "complete in the morning"
Excel Sheet 2: should be labeled "Evening" and should COPY the grid on the RIGHT side of page 2 of the PDF which is labeled " complete at the end of day"
