Are You A Creative Photoshop Wizard with Good English Skills?

I'm looking for a structured and creative designer who can crate 200 simple designs based on my inputs.
The designs are 80% text based, 20% simple figures.
The inputs will be provided -and the finished work shall be submitted through Google Drive.
Each design needs to be provided in a structured way in .psd and .png formats.
I'm calculating with ~5 designs/hour , that's 40 hours for 200 ---------- your application please detail your experience with Photoshop.
