T-Shirt Designers with Handdrawing Skills

I am looking for some experienced shirt designers, experiences in designs for merch by amazon would be great.
If you get the job, I will pay $3 for mostly text based designs and $4 for graphic designs. I expect you to create original graphics that are handdrawn. If you are not able to deliver that, please don't apply. You will get the opportunity to make a lot of money because I will have A LOT of work for you. And if you make good designs I guarantee to have a lot of well payed work for you.
I only want very high quality designs. I have tried putting up poor designs and they simply do not sell. So please no comic sans font type of shirts. Only apply if you are very experienced in Adobe illustrator and photoshop/gimp.

Also, please send me examples of your previous t-shirt design work.
