Tech Support (PHP&MySQL) with a FUN company

We are a software company that specializes in PHP & MySQL scripts.
We are in need a cool tech person to join our team as a tech support personnel. As most of our customers are in the American time-zone, it will be great (although not necessary) if you can work the night shift in Philippine time.

You will be in charge of solving customers' tech problem & making them happy via our online helpdesk & live chat.
You should be able to solve 80% of the tech support tickets after 1 month of training.

We don't really get too much tickets, so on most days you will have lots of extra time which we hope you can use to help with stuff like writing documentation, blog posts,etc.

Your name will appear on the credits page in our software.
We mention this because some people feel it's a cool thing. :-)

You will be given licenses of our products & hosting account for you to mess around and get familiarized with the products.

We promise it will be a fun experience and you will learn lots.

Requirements
------------------------
- Decent level of PHP & MySQL knowledge & experience
- Good English with Minimal grammar & Spelling mistakes
- Excellent problem solving skill
- Great personality and knows how to have fun!

Plus (not a must)
------------------------
- Experience with XAMPP & FTP
- Experience with Linux administration
- Has broadband access
- Able to work close to or within American time-zone

Responsibilities
------------------------
- Handle tech support request on our helpdesk
- Be available for Live Chat with customers on our helpdesk during working hours
- Write software documentation
- Create ScreenCam instructions
- Occasional blogging

Opportunities

When you are familiar with our business, we will let you try out different additional roles. For sales role, you will earn easy commissions by offering existing customers our other services & products that are related to the one they've purchased.

As we expand, you are in a good position to take up higher level roles such as project manager or tech support team leader due to your understanding of our business.

As you gain experience & familiarity with our products, you can contribute codes and modifications to our products as a programmer.
