JOB OVERVIEW

Seeking a temporary Virtual Assistant. Ideal candidates must be marketing driven, have thick skin, be direct, and very driven. This position involves heavy writing and partial administrative and will include everything from scheduling appointments, drafting proposals, respond to emails and posting on social media. Other duties will include creating PR pitches, blog writing, calendar management, meeting prep, day to day planning and organizing, and more. Must be passionate about social media, digital media, or PR. This position could become permanent.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Majority of your tasks would consist of:
- Operations (administrative duties: respond to emails, create backgrounder)
- Outreach (Respond to incoming leads, creating a sequence via Hubspot Deals and Workflow)
- Research (managing data entry assistants)
- Social media (responding to comments, creating captions, selecting images, nurturing relationships with influencers, asking for permission to repost influencers content and pre-scheduling posts, 6-8 blog post per month).
- Digital PR (create press releases, media pitches for news coverage)

FYI...Please respond in complete sentences with proper grammar and American colloquial. English must either be your first NATIVE language or you speak it fluently advance. This position will NOT be for you if you do not know how to write in advanced American colloquial.
