Account registrations, customer support, english skills

I'm looking for someone that can do account registrations and some occasional customer support. If you can be flexible - that's great. Sometimes there is a lot of work and sometimes not so much.

Some technical skills are useful (e.g. proxies and VPNs)

USA working hours preferred.
