Zendesk Expert Needed

We are looking for a Zendesk expert. Someone to assist in a support role on our various online systems.

Employment Status: Full time 40 hours p/w
Contract Type: Contract
Salary: PHP 38,000/mnth

Key Tasks
• Manage enquiries through Zendesk
• Create macros, automations and tagging systems
• Update customer profiles in our CRM (Base)
• Other general administration and file management
• Work closely with Operations Manager (Nicole) to develop our systems.


Qualifications
• 3 years+ in a similar role with related experience
• Advanced understanding of Zendesk
• Great communication skills
• An interest in learning new systems and platforms

Performance Standards
1. Accurate and organised records
2. Customer response turnaround times under 24 hours
3. Strategic development of macros and help desk articles to resolve enquiries on the first interaction
4. Understanding of company culture, voice and tone.
