JOB OVERVIEW

- Quickly respond to online inquiries (ASAP and within 6 hours always) for renting four properties via HomeAway, VRBO, and Airbnb using the online app/platforms and Gmail.
- Accurately maintain and cross-check all bookings with appropriate calendars in a central Google calendar.
- Act as the owner and write friendly, engaging English while over-delivering answers to their questions or insinuated concerns.
- When you don't have the answer, promise to get back to them within the day by saying "I'm traveling and will write a full answer when I reach a more stable internet connection." (Contact me for the answers/solution.)
- Use email templates and canned responses when available. Create new ones when necessary.
- Deliver an email campaign after each booking. The google calendar will determine when to send each communication (manually for now).
- Create additional responses or processes for future inquiries.
- Assist with creating online marketing content based on the info from renters.
- Consistently advise me on how you think we can improve this process.
(Do NOT just do the job. I want you to take ownership of the work and proactively enhance and change the process for the better. I WANT your opinions, feedback, insight, and desire to make it better for you and the guests. You will have good insight and ideas as you work through the details.)
- Maintain contact with the owners (me and two others), the management company, our on-property services, and the local concierge to meet al the guests' needs, and we get GREAT 5-star ratings every time.
- Record all incoming funds to a ledger on Google Drive
- Send invoices and update individual ledger of the owners for each property using Gmail and Google Drive
