Sales Specialist

Hi,

I am looking for a true sales person. Someone who can take incoming calls and convert them to sales. Also can make outgoing call to prospective customers and convert them to sales. The job requires to process orders, accept credit cards payments and send conformation emails. Customer service and sales is very important. Customers are from USA so English language skills must be flawless.

Customer Service Skills: The customer is always right. You will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential customers, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for ---------- munication Skills: You will need to speak to customers about a product's different features, and answer any questions they might have.
Flexibility: You might have to work long hours, nights or weekends.
Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.

fast learner and sales savvy is an important. This is an ongoing and long term job with chances of growth.
