Awesome Music Virtual Assistant

A popular music artist and an independent record label is looking for a part time (to start) VA .

The position is managing the day to day operations of the record label as well and the day to day operations of the music artist.

Skills required
- Must have an experience in Metadata (digital audio files)
- Excel spreadsheets
- Google Spreadsheets
- Loom
- Social Media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc)
- Creative Writing
- Photoshop (or equivalent online software for basic marketing and promotional graphics)
- Detailed experience and understanding of Spotify, SoundCloud, Bandcamp, iTunes and other online music software
- Newsletter Management
- High levels of Organization
- 100% Fluent in English with an ability to communicate via email correspondence using correct grammar and fluency in English
- Facebook Advertising
- Marketing Experience
- Self motivated and demonstrable experience creating, managing and executing a plan to grow a business.

Reporting Hours are flexible but it is necessary to have a crossover of 1 to 2 hours every day in the event something is urgent. Client is on a PDT timezone.

Part Time (15 hours) to start quickly leading to full time (30 - 40 hours) for the right candidate.
