JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a skilled customer representative to primarily handle phone calls with US customers, but it will also include some email, chat, and social media correspondence with customers. The right candidate must have excellent English speaking skills and should have a lot of patience since we do get all kinds of questions and inquiries. Working times will be US working hours (see below for more details).

Training is provided and compensated!

I am willing to pay up to $ ---------- per month depending on experience, starting with a one-month trial. As we go along and I see your work ethic, the salary will increase.

Just want to make sure you are good with the following:

1. I will pay you every week with Paypal to start
2. You will work 40 hours a week
3. You will be able to work from 11 PM - 8 AM Philippines time, including one hour break, from Monday to Friday.
4. You have excellent English speaking skills and are good at speaking with customers over the phone
5. You will send me an email every day at the end of your shift (this is a must) with the following questions answered:

a. What did you do today? (detailed description)
b. What issues did you run into?
c. Is there anything I can help you with?
