General VA for Wordpress / tech support / general admin

Looking for someone who can help with:

Provide basic tech support to our clients (helping with username/password issues)
Setup software for clients (training is given)
Add or change content on our network of wordpress websites
Setup new wordpress websites based on our templates
Provide tech for the tools/software products we use
Do basic webpage design (we use drag n drop page builders so you don't need to know web coding, but a knowledge of css would be helpful)
Create draft invoices in xero for various clients
Loading emails into Active Campaign
Creating zaps in Zapier

Requirements
30-40 hours per week
Start time: 6am PH time

First month trial of $15,000 PHP then $20,000 PHP per month
All 17 Filipino holidays off
13th Month bonus (can be half in June)
12 sick leave per year
