We are a local Real Estate company looking to build an ongoing relationship with a Facebook Ads Expert that has proven results!

Our goals are:

- Increased website visits and most importantly increase conversion
- Optimize Facebook ads for the best possible performance to reach our target audience

Potential Candidate with experience and proven results in:

- Writing and designing Facebook ads
- Setting up Facebook ads, driving traffic to a landing page, lead generation, boosting posts, remarketing and retargeting
- Weekly management of Facebook ads with regular reporting
- Use Power Editor in order to build all kind of Facebook Ads
- Testing and optimizing to achieve best ROI
- Able to achieve the minimum cost per conversion
- Excellent English writing and speaking a must

***You must have a proven record to demonstrate efficient and effective use of Facebook Ads. Please include your portfolio with examples of successful campaigns***

Apply if you are:

- Able to create audiences relevant to our industry and increase engagement and conversion rates using these audiences.
- Able to constantly track and monitor ads performance for all campaigns.
- Able to report on an ongoing basis with your results as well as actions to improve ad campaign performance.
- Able to keep abreast of social media changes and updates of marketing techniques to improve ad campaign performance.
- Able to demonstrate experience in successfully managing projects while working remotely
- Experienced in being able to use paid advertising to sell products
- Self-reliant and positive attitude, with strong verbal and written communication skills
