An Agents duty is to verify and interview clients thru phone calls. Based on the calls they are able to determine the eligibility of the data they collected. They are also responsible for the providing the clients of the policies, pricing, and explaining procedures. They may help the company in improving procedures, guidelines and standards. Can also be a learning ground for developing new products by participating in educational opportunities.
