Web Developer - Javascript, HTML, and Wordpress

SurveyTown ( ---------- ) is looking for someone who can make updates to our main site as new resources are published.

The immediate need is for someone to create an NPS (Net Promoter Score) calculator. The actual math is pretty easy, its just creating the javascript the functionality. Here's an example calculator that I would like to emulate.
