We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to work remotely for a full-time (40 hours per week), permanent position.

Primary Skill Required - Professional English Writing (preferably degree level).

Secondary Skill Required - SEO Experience (including using social media for SEO) (minimum 1+ years recent experience).

The successful candidate will work closely with the company doing a variety of tasks but primarily to help promote my company, Starfire, and various business websites by a number of different mediums including, SEO, writing professional articles, blogs, social media engagement and lead generation.

Your main role will be writing high quality articles for website use and SEO use. SEO work will focus will be on building high quality links from very closely related business areas, creating good articles, good social media interaction and a focus on local organisations/websites.

We plan to work very closely with the successful candidate so that they can become an integral part of the business. Hence it is important that the candidate is highly enthusiastic and can think for themselves by taking initiative and responsibility for managing multiple tasks and projects and delivering them to a high quality and on schedule. Good performance will definitely be rewarded!

Primary responsibilities will include:

- Writing - website content and blogs about technical web design, seo and online marketing topics.
- SEO Implementation
- Social Media - managing the social media profiles and interactions for my company.
- General VA Tasks - e.g. research, lead generation and general admin tasks.
- Managing Niche Websites
- Website Testing - Testing websites currently in development.

---Job Requirements---

YOU MUST HAVE:
(if you don't have the following experience then please do not apply)
- Experience writing very high quality English articles (preferably based on web design, seo and online marketing topics)
- Minimum 1 year of "recent" experience in search engine optimization
- A reliable modern computer and internet connection.

Desirable Skills:
- A degree in English (VERY DESIRABLE)
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Social Media Skills - You need to be a friendly and proactive representative for communicating with potential prospects
- A love of the internet ~ nice websites and new web technologies as well as social media.

Starfire (www.starfireagency.com) is a very small company based in England, whose primary focus is on web design and online marketing for local businesses in England, UK. We are now getting involved in producing a number of personal website projects (including niche websites).
