Podcast and Video Editor NEEDED! (experience required)

Looking for someone to oversee my entire podcast process from start to finish.

Experience in video editing, audio editing and social media management are a MUST. I will provide the template and quotes for all the social media graphics - you just create the graphic and schedule for distribution on social media.

Skills required:

• Great English speaking and writing
• Audio editing
• Video editing
• Basic graphic design (using my templates)
• Experience writing show notes


Software you'll need experience in:

• Wordpress
• Libsyn
• Canva
• Mailerlite (not a requirement as it's easy to learn)


BREAK DOWN OF TASK SEQUENCE
1. Editing the video for Youtube - adjusting sound, lighting and adding intro and outros
2. Extract the audio from video and edit for podcast episode by removing noises, ahhs, uhms, and gaps. Making sure the volume levels are even for host and guest.
3. Stitch my intro, interview, and outros.
4. Write the show notes for Libsyn and Wordpress blog
5. Make graphics for the episode in Canva - one for FB and IG and one for Youtube (using the templates I provide)
6. Upload the episode and show notes to Libsyn
7. Create the blog post on my wordpress site - includes uploading graphic, embedding youtube video, adding show notes and embedding the episode
8. Schedule the email to go out to my list, including formatting email and embedding links (I will write the actual email)
9. Schedule the social media graphics in the Later App for distribution
10. Email the episode guest a thank you email with the social media graphic
11. Make a graphic in Canva to use as the background for an audiogram post (using graphic template I provide)
12. Create a 30 or 60 sec audiogram video containing compelling content from the podcast episode (I will choose the audio section to include)
13. Create graphic and video posts containing the best quotes and video snippets from the episode (graphic template will be provided)
14. Distribute these podcasts teasers on different social media platforms - scheduled for release over a two week period.

My podcast is released every 2 weeks. One is a solo episode (20-30min) and the other is a guest interview (30min-1 hour).

I would be wanting to hire someone on a fixed rate basis to cover 2 episodes a month.
