Recruitment - Business Development

You will be responsible for mapping our entire niche market or around 3000 contacts.

You will do this in three ways
1)Adding a targeted amount of contacts to the database each day
2)Identifying and adding hiring managers from a specific list of target companies, to our database and an automated email platform.
3)Prepare a call list for our consultant to make marketing calls the next day.

We need you to have the following:
- High speed internet connection
- Excellent level of spoken English
- At least 3 years experience of business development in recruitment
- Experience of using LinkedIn to find hiring managers
- Experience of using a CRM
- Experience of finding email addresses
- Experience of sales

Salary at $500 USD per month, with $500 USD commission for each candidate we place from marketing as a result of your work.

This role will be on a 3 month trial, if all goes well it will be a permanent role.
