HIRING: Visual Website Optimizer Expert

We are looking for someone who knows how to work with VWO (Visual Website Optimizer).
Applicants should know how to use the features of VWO on a website such as the following:
- Analyze Web Activity
- Increase conversions
- Audience Targeting
- Campaign Segmentation
- Heatmaps
- Landing Pages/ Web Forms
- Multivariate Testing
- Split Testing
- Surveys
- Visual Editor

Qualified applicants must also able to do the following:
- Take designs and implement them in our testing tools.
- Setup and configure variations and personalization campaigns within Google Optimize, Optimizely or VWO. We will handle all the experiment setup, we just need the coding to be taken care of.
- Conduct quality assurance testing of all experiments and personalization campaigns
- Maintain quality and ensure responsiveness
- Manage web page and layout modifications
- Maintain code integrity and organization
- Troubleshoot pages and experiments
- Advise on the ease of implementation and requirements when creating more complex experiments and campaigns
- Advise on ways to speed up page load times, help us out with technical issues on the variations or tracking

Applicants must also possess the following:
- must have NO other job as of the moment
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Highly motivated and a fast learner
- Has strong work ethic and driven to succeed
- Open to improvement and can take constructive criticism well if applicable
- Honesty and integrity are the keys to succeed and grow in this position

Work hours and schedule
• 40 hours per week, you will be required to use/install Hubstaff to track work hours
• Expected work hours will be Monday to Friday, 5PM-1AM Philippine time.
• Must be fully focused and committed with strict exclusivity to the role maintained at all times (no other projects or commitments on the side).
