Designer for Shirts (Art and Design for Slogans) Its a little bit mixed.

We are looking for a creative graphic designer who draws T-shirt logos. The logos should be customizable. That means we like the pictures in Illustrator format ".ai". The logos should have open spaces for sayings and slogan. But it can also be simply a motif or a picture. Even if you are an artist of surreal art you are welcome. The wage is negotiable. If you have additional experience in UI interface design or game design would be good too (Photoshop).
But it is not necessary.
