VA for a South Florida real estate firm

We are looking for someone with a great positive attitude to assist us in various portions of our real estate business. You must have real estate experience, worked with realflow, database entry, research, MLS service and have great phone skills. You will be focused on marketing our services, locating clients, evaluating potential deals for investment, follow up, email campaign as well as follow our marketing plans to promote our firm. Construction experience would be a plus, engineering background, architectural backgrounds. The candidate must be organized, self starter, problem solver, analytical, sales oriented and have excellent communication skills. We have videos and training material for someone who will be trainable. We're ultimately looking for someone to start out part time and then become full time. We also want to grow our team.
