T-shirts Graphic Design

I am selling designs (log or characters) of T-shirts or other goods at Amazon and Etsy. I have many ideas of designs. I want somebody who can realize my ideas into real design.
I would like the one who work for me has at least 3 years of background and experience of Graphic designs, especially, Photoshop and Illustrator and T-shirt or Goods designs.
