Qualifications:

Internet:
-5Mbps and above (stable wired connection)
-back up internet
-headset with noise cancellation mic feature
-iMessage (preferred but not required)
PC / Laptop
Webcam

Quiet working environment

Excellent spoken and written English
Excellent customer facing skills (B2B)
Well organized
High attention to detail
Has legal case review background (Preferred but not required)
Can work in a fast phased environment
Can meet deadlines
Team player
Can handle simple to complex clerical tasks
Can work comfortably with doctor(s)
Maintains calm demeanor in stressful and difficult situations
Problem solver
Knowledge in Google docs and similar platforms
Professionalism
Requires minimum supervision
Trustworthy
Can work night shift (flexible working hours if need arises)

Email and medical files management
Data entry
Review medical records
