JOB DESCRIPTION
Provide expertise in choosing and setting up a CRM (from excel spreadsheets and text documents) for social media marketing and sales lead management for two commissioned sales reps working virtually in sales & marketing in the healthcare/laboratory testing industry.
Sales growth projected to be up to 5,000 contacts. CRM must integrate with
Job Purpose:
Responsible for set-up, customization, maintenance and support of CRM solutions for two commissioned sales reps working virtually in sales & marketing in the healthcare/laboratory testing industry. Trains users and maximizes CRM value at point of sales.
Scope of Responsibilities:
For short-term project management:
Upload current data from Excel, MSWord and text docs..
Formulate and maintain various reports and dashboards.
Create and modify list views.
Create and modify standard and custom fields.
Respond to CRM user inquiries or reported problems in a timely fashion.
Analyses software apps & add-ons to improve CRM functionality and efficiency
Reports CRM program or other technical issues and assist resolving them as applicable.
Create and edit user roles & profiles.
Maintain naming conventions of pick-lists, report folders, dashboards, etc. to improve system usability.
Manages security settings and conduct regular security/configuration audits.
Manage new user set-ups and deactivation, including transferring ownership of accounts/contacts/opportunities for deactivated users.
Maintains training materials for users. Trains and supports users.
Perform data audits to uncover data integrity issues and/or opportunities for process improvements.
Maintain utmost confidentiality on all documents, correspondence, research records, information, data, etc.
Available to participate in company virtual meetings as needed.
If hired for ongoing support:
Routinely conduct mass data cleansing
Mine data in complex database.
Import and update campaign data.
Create and manage
Tracks
Maintains updated system documentation
Desired Skills and Experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and working with formulas in large spreadsheets.
Experience with relational databases such as Microsoft Access.
CRM experience or accreditations mandatory
Excellence in providing user support.
Experience performing database cleanup and/or data migration.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate with users to define problems and present solutions.
Strong interpersonal, presentation, written and oral communication skills.
Mastery of written and oral U.S. English language.
