NEW WEBSITE REDESIGN BRIEF

Please quote on a new redesign of the Wordpress website plus some additional elements to be added to increase engagement of content, donations, subscription and social media sharing and exposure.
This website is mainly information and content focused. We will need to keep all the content, posts, categories and tags to the new site.
A clean, fast, minimalist, easy to read, copy focussed, mobile responsive Wordpress website will be built based as per supplied wireframes for each page template page and complete sitemap. Note that article/post page to support 10,000 words long format and social sharing.
Test site built on domain and supplied full permission and access.

I expect best web development and SEO practices by your developers with ongoing quality control during the build, migration and final signoff. Please ask questions and advise on the best solutions and functionality and if there are any technical issues with our brief.

SPECIFICATIONS & NOTES
1. A new design/layout based on a basic wireframe supplied (please including your advice/expertise/feedback from you), a brand/colour palette brief.
I’m after a combination of the look and feel of these two websites below (full colour).

Muted green: #a2d19c

2. Redesign and layout of the current website without losing any of the content, data and links/SEO value. I will expect a full website and SEO audit to be done before and after all content has been migrated to the new site.

3. Prefer not to use a template and instead steal elements from 1-2 templates (as I understand they can be overcomplicated, feature redundant code and slow speeds down), but if you'd prefer to use a template then edit from a template, happy to consider that so long as it holds us in good stead into the future (will be able to be upgraded for new Wordpress versions etc).

4. Designing/including the following new forms & elements and will be able to integrate with the third-party CRM and apps.
- a content subscription signup form (CIVI CRM/Action Network)
- a donation button/form/element (CIVI CRM/Mailchimp)
- a support on Patreon element (Patreon)

5. I want the feature image to be different to the preview/index page image. Currently it’s not set up to do this. We currently use a banner at the top of each image. We want a solution to fix this rut we’re stuck in, so needs further discussion.

6. It's likely we'll review our menu structure and category names, but that's something I can easily play around with. That said, I will need help with including multiple menus on the page (e.g. a repeat menu down the bottom of the page) as per ---------- and ----------

7. Want for all new pieces of content produced by Green Agenda to NOT feature the date in the URL, just the name of the article.

After launch, fix any errors or performance issues.
