Seeking a superstar VA for one of Canada’s fastest growing construction companies!

You’ll be supporting our sales reps, HR department, social media manager and executives with tasks such as:

-tracking and entering data
-screening resumes
-responding to social media inquiries
-creating social media posts
-research

The successful candidate will have experience with:

-customer service
-data entry
-social media posting
-time management
-admin/VA work

You must have a reliable internet connection, be highly accurate with your data entry and have great organizational skills.

The ability to follow instructions, learn quickly, communicate clearly and ask questions for clarification of tasks is crucial.

Hours may vary depending on how much we’re able to delegate to you.
