Are you an A+ Video Editor? Love creating cool content? This Full Time Position is for You

I’m a creative social media video producer and run a consultancy that helps brand create engaging content for their audiences. The projects I’ve worked on have reached over 2.5 Billion video views!! I need an A++ professional video editor to help me out. My parents are both Filipino too by the way (I was born in America)

Please read this post completely for needs, expectations, and instructions for applying.

#2. Please review my notes below about how this will work:
- I will provide you with video files and instructions, you will then edit the video to look like the examples above.
- Project assignments will be prioritized for you in a google spreadsheet so you know what to focus on and I will provide time estimates for each project.
- Your primary focus will be on completing the edits for Brand promotional videos.
-You must have an excellent skill set for video editing which I am happy to help refine and give feedback so you can improve as I have a TON of experience with editing - you’ll be working with someone who understands the nuisances of video editing more than most of the other employers on here.

#3. If you look at these examples and are not 100% confident you can do this, please do not apply. I am not looking for a beginner, I want a full time person to 100% focus on my videos.

#4. I want a FAST turn-around time. If you are working for multiple people, have crappy internet, low bandwidth on your computer for these files, and otherwise are not 100% confident you can do this, please do not apply. I am looking for someone who can move at my pace.

#5. We will communicate via Slack’s project management system. If you are not 100% confident you can navigate a project management system, please do not apply. I want to avoid email communication and keep it all in the system.

#6. So all in all, I am looking for:
- Someone with Full Time availability to be dedicated to my account
- Someone with a lot of prior experience, specializing in Video Editing
- Someone with reliable internet and fast turn around time
- Someone who communicates well throughout the process and will send project updates daily
- Someone creative with attention to detail
- Some who has a good understanding for how to create a “Story” with video and align the transitions well to audio
- Someone who speaks English well enough to follow instructions
