You will be the well rounded web designer / developer of cutting edge websites. Each website that you are going to create should WOW a visitor that they’d want to lick the screen.
At least 2 experience in Wordpress, each additional year of experience means additional salary and incentives.
RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Create websites that makes a visitor say I had an awegasm!
2. Can design logos, headers and more graphic design
3. Extreme attention to detail and quality
4. Update websites started by another web developer/designer
5. Fix Wordpress and web related bugs and issues

REQUIRED Experties
1. Savant-level CSS
2. Adobe Photoshop Ninja
3. Eats HTML, CSS and PHP everyday
4. Front end scripting with jQuery, AJAX and Prototype is a must
5. Wordpress Rockstar Nuff Said (Must know custom post types and conform with the WP coding standards)
6. Can create responsive and mobile websites
7. Clean and beautiful coder
8. Not afraid of 2D video animation using “Adobe After Effects” is a plus (optional)
