JOB OVERVIEW

URGENT! ROCKSTAR VIRTUAL ASSISTANT WANTED!
We are looking for a ROCKSTAR VA to join our team who can help support our clients and our growing business. This is a FULL TIME POSITION (8 hours daily, starting at 8am in PH timezone).

We need someone who is extremely proactive, can make decisions and is able to work independently driving projects forward.

Requirements:
Must have a great personality, great work ethic and has a positive attitude
Must be a fast-learner, internet-savvy, resourceful and has a can-do attitude
Must be a person who is proactive with getting tasks completed
Must be able to work independently and solution focused
Must be able to handle big conversations and is eager to learn
Must be able to work from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Desired Skills:
InfusionSoft (not required)

Email Management
Extraordinary Time Management

Responsibilities:
Admin Tasks, including but not limited to, sending emails out, supporting Facebook lives, working hand in hand with the team, etc

Note: Training will be provided on all tasks and software (we use InfusionSoft) so there is no need to worry if you do not know the systems we use as long as you have the character for the job and you are a fast learner and willing to learn!
