Administration and Customer Support Role

Summary
Huskee is looking for someone to assist in a support role on our various online systems.

Status
Employment Status: Full time 40 hours p/w
Contract Type: Contract
Salary: PHP 38,000/mnth

Key Tasks
• Manage enquiries through Zendesk, develop and create support tasks
• Assist our online customers with order enquiries and tracking
• Update customer profiles in our CRM (Base)
• Daily syncing of our warehouse portal with our online store to ensure orders are shipped
• Other general administration and file management
• Work closely with Operations Manager (Nicole) to develop and innovate our systems as we scale.

We are looking for someone who is comfortable with change and continual development, and someone who can offer suggestions on how to improve our systems!

Qualifications
• 1.5 years+ in a similar role with related experience
• Advanced understanding of Zendesk
• Great communication skills
• Ability to adapt to changing requirements and the development of new online systems
• An interest in learning new systems and platforms

Performance Standards
1. Accurate and organised records
2. Customer response turnaround times under 24 hours
3. Strategic development of macros and help desk articles to resolve enquiries on the first integration
4. Understanding of company culture, voice and tone.
