Virtual Assistant Needed (Previous Call Center Employee is Ideal)

Hello,

For this job we will require a virtual assistant who can help us check for website bugs on a consistent basis.

We are a marketing agency and we manage a lot of websites. These websites have “bugs” or problems on them - maybe something should be a clickable link but it does not work, or maybe the search bar at the top is broken, or maybe the website loads incorrectly with text overlapping only on Internet Explorer Browser version 11 (but it’s fine in Chrome and Firefox). These are the kinds of things we want you to test for and tell us.

The pay for this will have a set hourly rate, $5/hr, but we will also give you a bonus for finding bugs. While I cannot say exactly what that bonus will be (maybe $0.25 - 0.50 extra for every bug you find), it will be enough to motivate you to look hard and try to find all the bugs/problems you can :)

The job will basically consist of you navigating websites and looking for problems. We will provide you with a software so you can check on a variety of devices as well - iPhone, Android, Tablet, Mobile, Desktop, Chrome, Firefox, etc. This software requires a computer that is of medium speed or better, so if you’re laptop or internet is very slow, you won’t be able to use it.

-Must be able to work 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM in PST timezone
-Excellent english
-Very good attention to detail
-Previous call-center employee preferred
