We have 5 pages that post 24 memes each day (one every hour) We will supply you with the memes all you have to do is schedule them to post every hour every day.

We will make you a contributor on our pages with the idea of you managing others in the Philippines eventually.

We see it being in two phases

Basic Facebook Administration
1. You will be first liking comments on high share memes that we have posted.
a. You will fill out a form we have devised in order to keep track of your work and the time put in.
b. You will send me the form at the end of every “work day”
c. We will work together to establish your work hours.
2. You will be posting memes that we have put in a Dropbox folder for you to access
a. This will be after mastery of point 1.
b. They will be done using a social network management program with our login.
Administrative and Creative
1. You will become the “voice” of the New Republic of Texas.
2. Answer questions both online and over voice IP.
3. Make voice announcements and voice overs.
4. You will make original memes for us to post
5. You will find the memes on other pages to use.
6. You will manage a group of workers doing the phase one of other pages of ours.
a. You will help us recruit these workers
b. You will verify their application info.
7. You will work with us on new projects in creation and implementation.

The second phase is one that will require more time and work but the pay will be commensurate with the amount and type of work to be done.

This is a full time permanent position with opportunities to build a long term career.
