Virtual Assistant - Social Media, Content Creation, Podcast Production

LightBOX Coaching ( ---------- ) is a coaching and consulting business committed to helping women build careers that they love whilst raising a family. We also provide resources to help organisations retain their talented female employees after maternity leave.

We are are looking for an ambitious Virtual Assistant to join our team at this exciting time of growth. You will assist us with social media management, content creation, online marketing, research, writing articles and podcast production.

Specific responsibilities include:
- Preparing and publishing social media content for Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn and Twitter
- Managing our two private facebook community
- Email management
- Creating graphics, pdf documents and e-books
- Looking for guest blogging and podcast interview opportunities
- Monitoring news releases and social media for new content ideas
- Obtaining interviews and exposure for LightBOX Coaching by networking and contacting other blogs/podcasts
- Liaising with podcast guests and managing production process
- Writing show notes for the podcast
- Editing and uploading videos to YouTube

Additional tasks may be added as required on an ad-hoc basis.
Requirements

Enthusiastic about helping women
Experience with managing and growing social media channels
Online marketing experience
Ability to edit videos and audio files
Highly organised and able to work to deadlines
Interested in learning new things
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Friendly and personable

Salary: PHP 11,000/mnth
Hours: Full Time 35 hours per week
