Urgent need of a Senior Graphic Designer!

We run a successful digital marketing agency here in Melbourne, Australia.
We are URGENTLY in need to hire a Senior Graphic Designer on a per project to start, or potential full-time contract basis, based on results.

We are looking for a Web Designer who will be responsible for creating great websites for our clients. Primary duties include conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas for client websites, as well as creating visual elements that are in line with our clients' branding. You will be working closely with our web development team to ensure a proper and hassle-free implementation.

Other projects but not limited to: Landing pages, email newsletters, banners ads, downloadable brochures, photo editing, and social media graphics.

Qualifications and Skills:
* at least 3 years demonstrated experience as a graphic designer
* Solid proficiency in Adobe CC: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, et al.
* Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript
* Experience working with WordPress, and understanding of Mailchimp templates
* User interface design experience a plus
* Strong attention to detail, verbal and written communication, and creative problem-solving skills
* Pro-active, self-starter able to prioritize and balance multiple projects and deadlines
* Excellent project communication and teamwork
