Freelance Web UX Designer | for a company that's shooting for growth

Dear Candidates,

We're a small web company in Australia, specialising in WordPress and Laravel development. We're looking for a remote Web UX Designer to do a handful of web design projects. We're looking for a candidate who is willing to work on a freelance / project basis, with the view that this will become a full time position in the near future.

The Candidate MUSTs
• At least 3-5 years experience in a Web / App / UX Designer role
• The right "Can Do!!" attitude AND delivers good work
• Great understanding of web based design and UX design conventions
• Great ability to empathise with the end user and apply this to their design work
• Creative and strategic, has some art direction skill
• Well skilled in software like Adobe Photoshop

Bonus points / ideal candidates
• Solid design experience in an agency environment
• Other design disciplines under your belt such as print, vector/graphics, 3D and/or animation
• Branding identity and logo design, with style guide implementation
• Skills in Adobe Illustrator and other design programs
