JOB OVERVIEW

Permanent, full time position (40 hours per week)
PHP 25,000 to 40,000 per month
Generous bonuses paid every 3 months - up to 15% for high performers
13 month pay
15 days paid vacation leave each year
All national Philippines public holidays
Working Hours AU TIME 9am to 6pm (1 hour of breaks)
Comfortable using time tracking software (Time Doctor)
Must have a working webcam, microphone headset and reliable internet connection
Must be able to have communication tools such as Skype or slack open on same computer - Not only on phone or tablet.

You must have a confident, happy nature that is infectious to the team! Must be able to take charge with their tasks! Working under the CEO you are also responsible for keeping the team in line, and must be comfortable doing daily check ins and follow up with team and clients

As a web development team, we work with medium teir clients who expect a level of digital knowledge and ability to understand tasks that are digitally related. You will be working with our client services team, managers, designers and developers and liasing with clients - you English must be a 5/5 (written) and spoken a 4/5 (Internal conversions only)
It’s important you are familiar with some digital language such as staging sites, production sites, hosting, SSL certificates.

Task Include:

Check helpscout / support desk management
Client Liaison
Create tasks in Asana from emails
Reply to clients an issuing invoices
Daily Team Co-Ordination
Mitigate any roadblocks with tasks
Check in with all contractors and external suppliers that are actively working
Review tasks assigned to you in Asana and check/QA the all tasks, update clients with task completions
Create and Update project timelines
Send weekly reports to clients
Follow tasks in Calendar on a weekly and monthly basis
Use Everhour to manage and create estimates of times for tasks
Customer service and bookings for our training centre
Meeting and Room Bookings
Process Improvement


Skills in:
QA Testing
Mailchimp is advantageous
Canva skill is advantageous
Asana highly advantageous (Note this will be tested!)

Minimum Requirements:

MUST Have excellent attention to detail. This is a CORE element of the Job as you are creating tasks and checking work - Please, if you don’t have this skill, please don’t apply
Punctual, honest and Positive, proactive and helpful attitude
Ability to smile and laugh and encourage team communication!
Excellent Written and Spoken English
2+ years' experience working in a VA, Administration or Accounts role
Some experience in a digital role (References must be provided)
Previous working from home experience
Broad understanding of web, social, mobile and digital marketing concepts
Basic understanding of Domain names, DNS, SSL Certificates, and HTML
Quiet and distraction-free workspace
Modern and reliable computer with microphone, headset and webcam
Fast and reliable internet connection (minimum 1.5 Mbit upload speed)
