Customer Service Representative For U.S. based Company

We are seeking exceptional Customer Service representatives for our U.S. based company. We operate our Customer Service Department on a 24/7 basis. You MUST have excellent English speaking skills preferably with an American accent. Other requirements as follows:

-Must have excellent English skills with very little accent. Prefer someone trained in American diction.

-Exceptional Customer Service skills with a minimum of 5 years experience in a call center environment.

-Very good computer skills with an emphasis on MS Office, CRMs, Chat platforms, Email and Skype.

-Laptop computer with very reliable internet access.

-Able to work any shift within a 24/7 schedule.

-Friendly, professional, punctual, excellent communicator, and very reliable.
