We are growing rapidly and would like to recruit two more passionate, experienced full-time customer support contractors to our eCommerce family.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Monitoring social media
Scheduling posts
Attend weekly catch ups online.
Willingness to grow and learn with the
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
Knowledge within the fitness industry preferable not necessary.

Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision
Robust record of satisfactory Customer Service experience, including handling difficult and irate customers

Slack
Proficient in MS Office
Experience with G-Suite is a plus
Reliable internet connection
