Amazon Account Manager -- Long-Term-- Great Company!

Immediate opening for an Experienced Amazon FBA Account Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the account health metrics of her Amazon and e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will be a great self-learner with excellent research and excel skills. He/she should be vigilant about documenting SOPs with an eye for intuitive filing and organization. He/she must be comfortable with technology and savvy enough to research additional information that is necessary to perform job duties. Strong written and verbal English will be necessary for writing optimized listings and performing superior customer support. This position will report to and be trained by the two founder of the company.

Responsibilities and Duties:
Inventory Management:

Run inventory reports and develop a system to determine product replenishment order quantities, as well as coordinate with shippers and forwarders to ensure optimal inventory levels.
Submit FBA reimbursement requests for lost and damaged inventory

Product & Supplier Research:
Must be able to conduct detailed research for additional suppliers for existing products, as well as new profitable products that go well with the brands held by the company.
Must also be able to actively research additional avenues/platforms for the company to expand their offering to, i.e. new markets, relevant exhibitions, new platforms outside Amazon, eg. Flipkart & First Cry in India

Customer Management
Provide timely, high-quality responses to buyer inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction and to maintain a strong account health rating
Monitor customer reviews and questions. Follow up with appropriate support to ensure happy customers remain loyal and unhappy customers become satisfied

Listing Optimization & Management:
Optimize listings based on recommendations of tools currently used by the company. Currently using Teikametrics and Seller ---------- e tracking systems to monitor changes in product listings (ex: Best Sellers Rank, listing hijackers, suppressions). Initiate an investigation to identify causes that may have influenced these changes. Report to.

Social media & Email List Management
Create and manage a social media publishing schedule. Work with manager to determine various content-types to research that will engage audience[1][2][3]. Post and manage all audience interaction
Proactively seek and request relevant education for new tools and training that will help aid your contribution to the company’s growth

Knowledge Management
Stay up to date with Amazon policies and best ---------- rm management of pertinent updates and changes that might have on the company
Proactively build a knowledge database of training materials and new procedures.
Own the management and proper organization of this SOP library.

Requirements and Experience:
Experience running and managing an Amazon account is required
Experience with product research on websites such as Alibaba, Thomasnet, and MFG is highly preferred
Proven customer service experience is preferred
Must be organized and able to systemize processes with comprehensive documentation
Must have strong initiative and proactively seek new knowledge
Familiarity with file sharing systems such as, or google drive is preferred
English fluency both in verbal and written communication is required.
Must have strong attention to detail and natural ability to follow instructions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, etc.
Must be able to provide evidence of ‘typing speed’ results and ‘interneconnection speed and reliability’.
Have a positive ‘can-do’ ---------- n solve problems, independently.

Schedule
Full-time/Part-time; Monday through ---------- itial schedule will require working during US daytime hours during training but can eventually be flexible to work preferred schedule

Pay/Salary
PHP 15,000 to 30,000 per month – depending on experience.
