Need someone to create social media accounts for our clients (One client to start)

Need someone to create business profile. Someone to create social media accounts for our clients (One client to start)
We need someone to create 3 accounts for one of our clients.

Facebook Business Page (Has no accounts at all right now, may need to create a personal page to attach to his business page that is created.
Also, need a LinkedIn business profile and Google Plus Profile
