Sales Funnel Landing Page Designer & E-Book Creative

Seeking an online launch superhero excited to be part of a movement to educate and shift public awareness of shamanism and sacred plant medicines. You will be responsible for creating beautiful landing pages, ebook designs and banners. Your primary role will be to stand out design assets and ensure that our sales funnel landing pages are built, working, and look good. You will be our online launch superhero responsible for the visual appeal of our sales funnels.

IDEAL CANDIDATE

You are hard working and fanatical about keeping projects on track and meeting launch deadlines. You are a self-motivated, GSD problem solver who has attention to detail and doesn’t consider a job done until it is QA’d and working.

You are an e-book cover design master. You have an eye for detail and have a way of spotting of a color scheme is off, if a color palette doesn’t align with the topic or brand, and how webpages can be improved.

You have excellent communication skills, and are able to coordinate the actions of various team members, as well as external partners with ease, in order to ensure that marketing launches succeed.

VERY IMPORTANT: You have stable Internet and power, and do not live in an area where heavy rains will subject you to frequent outages.

You must be adept at navigating the digital landscape and understand the language of the web. This means you are comfortable getting into new web application, because ultimately they all follow similar logic. Here are the platforms you must be familiar with (or confident you can master)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Your primary role will be visual design mastery, creating ebooks, banners, and website graphics. Your secondary role will be to build out webpages on Clickfunnels and WordPress (primarily Divi and Beaver Builder). Your long-term role is to become proficient in the various web projects we engage in, so each team member is comfortable steppin and out of each others’ roles and filling in for each other if one person is absent, while maintaining their specialty.

Here are the core responsibilities for this position:

Design Upgrade to see actual infosigning every aspect of an ebook, from the front cover, backpage ad, interior pages, and 3D Upgrade to see actual infosign Upgrade to see actual infosign Facebook banners for ads and memes, Instagram banners, blog posts, Word document headers, and landing page headers.

Image Enhancement. You can take a photo and make it better, smooth out skin tone in people, enhance colors in Nature photos so that landscapes look surreal, and add creative elements to images so that the resulting graphic is psychedelic.

Create WordPress landing pages. You must be familiar with Wordpress, and know the basics of creating blog posts, pages, and creating page layouts using drag and drop builder themes. You must also understand the basic principles of good web development, such as conversion optimization, site speed and SEO (or be passionate about learning).

Create ClickFunnels landing pages. You know how to design attractive Clickfunnels landing pages and understand the concept of sales funnels and how they should work. You are familiar with adding forms to funnel pages, how to set up split tests, and where meta data and tracking codes need to be added.

Ensure that marketing and sales funnels work. This ensuring that pages are redirecting correctly, the shopping cart works, the CTA button is above the fold, Facebook pixel is placed, metadata has been created, etc.

TEST ASSIGNMENT
Create a client ebook cover in Canva. The cover will have the client photo on it, with the ebook title, subheadline, and author byline. There needs to also be a back page ad design where a call-to-action is Upgrade to see actual info the interior, you will need the header and footer need design elements. Also include an About bio box. This needs to be designed as a shared file in Canva, so that you can successfully transfer ownership to me. Here are the key elements of a successful assignment.

APPLICATION PROCESS

The role pays $5/hr and you will be required to use a time tracking tool to track your hours. We have a process for identifying the right candidate.

Step One: To see if working together is a fit, we will start with a test project where you will design an eBook in Canva (not any other software). If your ebook design is accepted, you will be paid $20.

Step Two: After the test assignment is approved, we will hire the 2 best candidates and we will work together on a trial basis for 4 weeks where you will be supporting an Internet marketing launch.

Step Three: This will then transition to part-time work of 20 hours a week for 8 weeks. As the business grows, full time employment may be offered.
