Customer Service Representative

We are currently in search of 3 Customer Service Representatives to become part of our team. Available shifts are 9 am - 5 pm & another 5 pm -1 am (Times are based in EST)

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Providing exceptional customer support via email and calls
Addressing and resolving the daily issues and concerns via our help desk system
Making welcome calls to new clients
Attending our webinars and answering questions
Help in monitoring our Facebook groups, and interacting with members

The Ideal Candidate must have:

Excellent English
A high quality headset
Quiet working environment
A fast and reliable internet connection
At least 2 years of experience with Customer Service and Sales
Experience with WordPress
Experience with Social Media Marketing
Managing Webinars
An asset will be to have experience with kayako
